Project Overview
PrimeTech supported the design and implementation of a women-focused economic empowerment program aimed at improving livelihoods and creating sustainable opportunities for women entrepreneurs and emerging small businesses.
The program combined capacity development, business support, stakeholder engagement, and results-based monitoring to help participants strengthen their economic resilience.
The Challenge
Many women entrepreneurs faced barriers including limited access to business knowledge, market opportunities, professional networks, and institutional support.
The program required a coordinated approach that addressed both individual capacity and the broader ecosystem surrounding women’s economic participation.
Our Approach
PrimeTech worked with program stakeholders to develop a practical implementation framework focused on skills development, enterprise strengthening, mentorship, market linkages, and continuous measurement of results.
The program incorporated participant needs assessments and monitoring mechanisms to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
