PrimeTech supported the transformation of traditional, fragmented human resource processes into an integrated digital Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
The project focused on improving employee data management, streamlining administrative processes, strengthening reporting capabilities, and creating a more efficient and transparent approach to workforce management.

The institution relied heavily on manual processes and disconnected records, resulting in lengthy processing times, limited access to reliable workforce information, and challenges in generating timely management reports.
