About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, clients, government institutions, and development partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively, on schedule, and in line with agreed objectives.

The role requires strong project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of development and consulting projects.
  • Develop project work plans, schedules, and implementation frameworks.
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators.
  • Identify implementation challenges and support the development of practical solutions.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and capacity-building activities.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and implementation documentation.
  • Support quality assurance and project risk management.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project or program management.
  • Experience working with development organizations, consulting firms, NGOs, or public institutions is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
