About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Digital Transformation Consultant to join our Digital Innovation & Technology practice. The successful candidate will work with clients to assess digital needs, develop transformation strategies, and support the implementation of practical technology solutions.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation assessments and organizational technology reviews.
- Develop digital strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Support the design and implementation of enterprise information systems.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and client representatives.
- Support data, analytics, and digital service delivery initiatives.
- Prepare technical proposals, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capacity-building activities.
- Monitor project progress and support quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, ICT consulting, or technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and digital transformation principles.
- Experience working with government, development, or institutional clients is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
